Scope

Dieser Abschnitt gibt einen Überblick über die Struktur des Implementation Guides und dient als Orientierungshilfe zum schnellen Auffinden relevanter Informationen.

Aufbau des IG

Im Folgenden wird beschrieben, welche Bereiche im Menü des IG zu finden sind und welchen Zweck sie jeweils erfüllen.

Introduction

The “Introduction” menu item consists of the following subsections:

  • Scope and content: This is the currently open section, which provides an overview of the structure of the Implementation Guide
  • Background: Background: Briefly explains the rationale and context of the Messaging project
  • Challenges: Addresses the challenges within the project context

Functional

“Functional” consists of the following sub-sections:

  • Design choices
  • System actors
  • Workflow Management
  • Obligations

System actors

Use Cases

This section describes the business processes implemented through Messaging FHIR IG. The first use cases will be: delivery of medical records, medical referral, request for test restult, lab request, medical consultation and questionaires. Each use case illustrates the standardized process, the resources and operations involved, and the expected behavior of the systems. A detailed explanation of the structure of the use cases can be found on the use cases homepage.

Artifacts

This section refers to all FHIR-based components of the Implementation Guide. • Actor Definitions • Message Definitions • Definition of Messaging Profiles (Structures: Resource Profiles and Data Type Profiles) • Terminology (Code Systems and Value Sets) • Examples

For implementers, this section serves as the central entry point for understanding specific structures, fields, or logic.
